Your First Visit

What to expect, what to bring and how to book.

What to Expect

Your first appointment is a thorough conversation, not a quick once-over. Dr. MacLeod takes time to understand your full health picture before recommending anything.

Initial Consultation

60 minutes

A thorough review of your health history, current concerns, lifestyle and goals. Dr. MacLeod will take the time to understand your unique situation and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Follow-up Visits

30 minutes

Subsequent appointments to monitor progress, review lab results, adjust treatments and address any new concerns. Frequency depends on your individual needs and treatment plan.

What to Bring

Help us make the most of your appointment by coming prepared.
